The first thing we did was to make a special snack for our Teddy Bears. Teddies love honey and so we all worked together to make some Honey Bites. We made it by sharing the job of dumping of ingredients into the bowl. Our adult helper lets us count how many scoops of each ingredient we need. The adult has to crack the egg, but one of us got to dump it into the bowl. Once all the ingredients were in the bowl we each got a turn at stirring, stirring is our favorite part. Finally we had to get messy; Honey Bites are hand rolled into balls and placed on a cookie sheet.

While we were waiting for our picnic to be ready we did some dancing. Teddy Bears love to dance! Dancing is good for our muscles and it helps us get out all our wiggles and sillies.

We had our picnic on a bright red blanket in our Quiet Room. We each had our own space. We ate tunafish sandwiches, apple and cucumber slices, and milk. Then we got to share our special snack we made for our Teddies. Most of us liked the Honey Bites and the Teddies loved it!
